What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Do you offer refunds?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defective product), we cover the shipping cost - no worries!
If returning for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location and product demand:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days for items in the US
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days for items overseas

Shipping time does not include warehouse processing. If the product is in high demand, warehouse processing takes more time.
